Also, if you look close, you can see the seal resting his tired head on the bouy. The pier shows the reflection of each pilon, in the water below it. There are coconuts on the ground, below the palm trees. This is no ordinary tornado...it's an f-5 that's touched down in the water, causing it to kick up the waves...a true water spout. |

'The Dove Cloud' is my
newest painting of a cloud that appears to be a dove. The dove hovers
over the trees, gently, as the sun's rays pass right through it. A
slight mist remains on the ground, as it passes in and out of the tree's
bottoms. In the middle of the painting -- on the ground, you can see a
log and to the left, a large rock sits. You can also see a small
mushroom, as it sits alone.

In fact, the entire thing was done using a new technique that I created. I decided to call the technique, 'Dabbing.' Fair warning...there isn't a normal stroke on the entire painting, but the dabbing technique is quite visible, and unique -- as you can plainly see, if you use your magnifier in Internet Explorer.
